We only offer refund in case:
1-The product was lost by the shipping company and it do not mentioned that it is delivered.
2- in case the product was damaged by any means with a proof that it was damaged.
3- In case the product was not delivered by the shipping company for any reason we ship another order within 15 days.
4 - we do not offer refund for product dissatisfaction because we know our product has the highest quality in the market.
Your order will be sealed discreetly, with a vacuum package and no odor with no Logos Visible that can show the nature of the product.
1- We work from Monday till Friday we do not work during weekend.
2- Only Friday orders are shipped and tracking number are sent on Monday.
3- We only reply to our emails during working hours unless we have high volume of orders so we reply on weekends.
Due to high volumes of emails we do not reply to emails that their questions are already answered in the FAQ.
please note we are not 24/7 working so sometimes it need 3 to 5 hours to reply to your email.

After placing your payment within 24 to 48 hours you will receive your tracking number through your email wish you can track your order directly.
Please note after receiving your tracking number the order needs 24 to 48 hours to be update it on the system depending when the shipping company Pick up the order.
How much time does it take to receive my order?
After being update it on the system it need 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What happens in case there is a delay?
From our side there will be no delay unless we notify customer before placing his payment.
In case there is a delay from the shipping company we have to wait in case you do not receive your order within 12 days we send you another one.

2- special request orders are not in stock it may take 2 or 3 days to prepare them.
